How to register

To attend a Jacques Monod conference, an abstract submission is mandatory. Registration requests without abstract submission will not be processed, except in specific cases (i. g. for publishers, editors). Submissions must focus on recent work that has not yet been published or is in the process of being published. Participants will be selected on the basis of the concordance between the summary of their work and the theme(s) of the conference.

Registration steps:

1/ Login (create an account if you don't have one: remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email).

2/ Choose the conference you wish to attend

3/ Submit an abstract: complete all mandatory fields, enter your abstract and upload the requested documents. The presence of the "Preview" button on your dashboard confirms that your submission has been successfully sent.

  • Notification of acceptance or rejection for the submitted paper will be intimated within 15 working days of abstract submission deadline. If your abstract is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions for joining the meeting (on the dashboard, the "Finalize my registration" button will become available for accepted participants).
  • After abstract submission all the communication will be done through email.

Mandatory information and documents to be provided:
