Cancellation, postponement and transfer of registration

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing. (see contact details below)

Cancellation policy

If the CNRS cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.

Postponement

If the CNRS postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same laboratory, if registered person is unable to attend the event. However, a priority may be given to the people on the waiting list. Transfer requests must be made in writing by the registered person. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

If the registrant is unable to attend the conference, and is unable to transfer his/her registration to another person: no refunds except in cases of force majeure (with supporting documents)

Visa Information

The CNRS does not contact embassies and/or consulates directly on behalf of the visa applicants. You can request an invitation letter for your visa application (see “Request an invitation letter” section).
Please note that the cancellation policy of the CNRS does not consider a reimbursement of the registration fee if the applicant experiences visa issues or a visa refusal.
