The registration fee includes the following for the registered authors:
- Welcome reception
- Printed Name Card
- Conference proceedings
- Participation in the program
- Excursion (boat trip to Batz island), if included in the program
- Participation certificate
- Coffee breaks
- 5 meals (note: 1 meal in town will be at your expense)
- Banquet
- Transport between Brest airport or Morlaix railway station and the Biological Station if the buses reserved for the conference are used
- Accommodation (4 nights in a hotel room)*
* 1/ Any extra expenses (accompanying person, phone, etc...) or extra stay should be paid on the premises.
* 2/ Check-in time for most hotels is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Should you wish to guarantee your check-in before 3:00 pm, you will need to pre-book and pay for the previous night. If you wish to guarantee a late check-out, you will need to book for the next night.

The Jacques Monod conferences do not have funds available to pay for the registration fee or travel expenses. We encourage you to begin planning for funding and visa arrangements at the earliest, as these processes can sometimes take several months.
